Placed an order in July. Took 2 months to ship. Emailed many times and replies were always 1-2 weeks late. But when delivered, the deliveryman delivered to the wrong household. No update since then. Up till now I still havent gotten my phone case and its been 3 months already. I swear to god I have never seen such an unresponsive company especially when they’re so actively posting on their Instagram; trying so hard to interact with followers with the new iPhone 16 which clearly isnt working. Generally I do not bother writing reviews albeit negative or positive; but this has bothered me so much that I need to voice out. 60$ for a phone case isn’t cheap so of course I’d expect better services from them especially since my first purchase of their Bare Armour case was so smooth and quick. But my second purchase of this Bare Case has been nothing but a Bare Nightmare.

Best iPhone case ever: Otterbox. Never worry about damaging your phone again. Bulky? Yes, but would take bulk over repairs that costs almost the price of the phone to begin with.
