I would like to see a hand review video using GTO wizard ,please.
Ill make one soon.
Everybody and their moms were waiting for another liveplay vid 😂
Yoyoyo Kruzer, love the vids as always. Question: why the change to 2.2bb BTN UO? Pool over 3betting BvBTN these days?
Hey,2 reasons 1 they overfold vs smaller opens and 2nd one like u said if they do 3B u lose less once u open smaller.
Nice vid, mate 👍🏻 what are your thoughts about flatting bu at 200 rake structure. Does it add any real ev to a strat, or is a 3bet fold strat better in practice?
I play BU flats.I think it doesnt even matter who the opener is,it mostly depends on how aggro are the guys in the blinds if they dont SQ enough the EV of flatting goes up a lot.
Bel contenuto complimenti
💪 💪 💪
Your videos are great Kruzer. You play the game really well and have learnt a lot from watching. Thank you.
Glad you enjoy it!
love the vids
Awesome educational content as always Marko! Nice to see you have started using 2.2x opens as well👌
Yeah 2.2x goated 😎.
New episode...YAY!
Very good stuff man. Keep it up!
Great videos Kruzer. Really looking forward to a lot more content from you. Cheers. Love from India.
According to GTOWizard AQcc (timestamp 37.59) is a check with 86% freq. Mixed strat though.
37:59 . thats bad thought process, you dont try and check 86% of the time with AQs. u never want to check unless ur against the worlds best players, u just want to push ur equity get called by all queens and flushdraws u have absolutely crushed. dont try mimic GTOs frequencies thats not what GTO is for and its humanly impossible to memorize/replicate its frequencies. GTO doesnt maximize EV thats your job as an exploitative player
"8 10 off, so we're gonna change his label to a whale." 😆🤣
so many turned two pairs and sets in this session dang
Would you call or fold A high flush in the hand at 22m? Probably still a fold against a tight player right?
High flush doesnt matter when he reps boats, would fold aswell.
@@HighEloPoker What about bottom full house then? I mean he must have flushes in his range for it to be profitable to call it.
Great video!
Yo cruzer you mind me asking what tools you used to study the game?! I absolutely love the way you think about the game, really enjoy watching you play. Also interested in coaching is there a way I can reach out to you to discuss? Looking forward to your next video. And thank God Peter Clarke picked you up, he talks so damn much lol😂
Thx for kind words,i use GTO Wizard to study and for coaching u can add me on discord in description.
Is there a discord channel we can join?
Not right now maybe ill set up one in the future.
Thank you for having me again mate, some really fun hands in here! Definitely lots to learn from (stop over bluffing, Simon) and I hope you guys watching got plenty out of it ♥️
Hi Kruzer! Could you please make a video about how you study GTO. What framework of thinking should we use when studying GTO spots - What is important and what is not, common spots, how you study etc. Thanks!
Ill do one video about that in the future yeah
that pocket 6s jam LOL
sifiascos thought process is very good imo, I can see why you seeked coaching for him.
AQ hand is interesting because solver does the opposite on the turn - AQcc checks 90%. In reality, given villain is noted as an agro reg wouldn’t this play better as a check, given the turn isn’t good for our range and allow him to bluff?
great stuff was looking forward to part 2 haha
What would be "bluffs" with bloxk sizing in 4bet and 3bet pots and how do you find them? If possible, could you do a video on how you look at board textures and pick appropriate bet sizes?
Thanks so much for this guys! invaluable content 🙏✍💪💥
Another piece of very good content. Probably among the best channels out there from an educational in-game perspective while not being dry. Good vibes between the two of you and the setups allows for adding value to each others reasonings which you both do very well!
At 29:21, i thought the sizing was interesting for u stabbing for 250%. My solver uses a normal or 125% sizing assuming the btn uses an overbet or check strat on flop. Is there some deviation for doing this, or are there some merits for sizing up here? Just pure curiosity as a learning student :)
The heuristic for Ax boards once flop goes XX is when u stab u are super polar and u use a big OB size(250%) however i dont like my combo here that much because even tho its 2P it feels like its not strong enough to bet turn for so big because i might lose to A7o and theres a lot of bad rivers i cant value bet big anymore like flush or straight completers.....my guess for your solver using 125% is probably cuz its a double FD board try playing a little on different turn runouts see if that changes.
@@HighEloPoker I see thank u for ur analysis! Do u recommend using a 250% size even in lower stakes (25, 50nl)? Cuzz I think ppl will overfold the Turn so mb I should add more bluff combos or size down my value as an exploit. (Or mb I could be getting this completely wrong)
@@user-mx6ql4kk7t Yes esp in lower stakes, there are some spots where u are supose to fold a weak A u X otf once BB stabs turn vs 250% but humans would probably look to call more than the solver cuz u know they have TP they cant fold yet for 1 street(atleast from my exp) so your value gains more EV there, however if they overcall turn your bluffs lose EV BUT then if they have weaker range otr with TP type of hands u have more fold equity there and u can blast it off...anyways thats how i see this spot.
@@HighEloPoker Wow that shifts my perception looking at this spot...I should look into it a bit more! Really appreciate ur explanation and have a nice day🙃
Im at nl50 now starting up from nl2, and this videos is very motivational and means a lot showing me directions... looking forward to seeing ur session vids and hoping for ur run good in 2024 :) (By new fan from korea)
"AllTooNew" is Henry Lister - former coach on RunItOnce.
Love your content! I'm a huge fan! This video is kind of tough to watch with the background video playing..a bit too much going on to focus on the hands. Thanks again for making great content!
Complimenti,bel video
fuck me thats top g, im stoping 4 tables zoom after this short video. I think a have same mental problem.
That poor guy Mikefrombyto, everyone I have seen labels him as a bad player. He might suck but at least he has the balls to play in that pool.
That doesnt mean bad player necesarly just tight,to be fair i think he improved this year compared to last year.
Cool video, looking forward to the next one 💪
Have you guys looked at sims for the last hand ? AQs FD is majority check in those spots. EDIT: in range bet spots, you seem to be right
How i play these spots the more equity my hand has the more i wanna build the pot,if i wanna trap a Q it will be different suits or weaker kicker.
Man, do yoy still live un Croatia? I was wondering if this is a goos country for poker players. Whar's the taxation situation like?
Yes i live in Croatia, and i still have no clue how poker tax work here its still in the gray zone.
also would like to see more with sifiasco, guy has good thought process and way to explains things, who knows maybe he will make his own channel someday too haha
lot of valuable things to take away from this one! i like that you guys didnt just talk about your specific hand but also went over what u wouldve done with other hands in this spot/what villains raises should be etc. i very much like your play&explains but I think other videos like the session review or this one is a cool way to mix things up!
This is excellent content. Good dynamic, both of you very good at explaining in a concise way with clear logic and focusing on the important stuff first and then adding some color to it with details after. Keep it up!
Thank you for having me on mate, it was a lot of fun! Looking forward to watching Part 2 😎
Part 2 will definately be fun 😁
37:47 "over protect"...This is a new concept I learned.
The 66 hand is like... You're right in that they rarely take that line with value. But I think what's overlooked is the fact they never really bluff in that exact spot. Not all Bet/Check/Bet lines are the same, they're different depending on board structure. The fact the board paired on the turn, and the river was low like that... I think you'll see a bluff here so very infrequently. Imagine it from his point of view, bluffing into an opponent after that sequence is just rough. He's also in a situation where it's like... His ace high bluffs now have showdown... and rather than checking his ace, he's now going to bluff into an opponent that has some sort of hand like this, and is going to have a hard time folding... because most people have this thought process, "He bet/check/bet... so bluff heavy, I call." Of course it's a levelling game too, but you have to draw the line somewhere. And I think the better question is not "Does he lack value and have too many bluffs here", rather... "Does he actually believe I will actually fold a hand like my pocket 66's here?" And I don't think most opponents will expect you to fold pocket 66's here. Not that he knows you have pocket 66's, but a hand of that hand strength.
Every pair is a call otr in this line so the main hands he wants to fold are our Ax hands that call flop XR because most of our PPs always stab turn once he X,but i do agree thats too advanced way of thinking in game and its more likely he thinks that i have PPs that will never fold, but u also gotta think what he reps no one should slowplay overpairs on this turn so he reps super thin and we dont need him to be bluffing that often with random hands like those offsuit broadway clubs to be good 30% of the time.
in the first hand, does he ever have Tx and does it make any sense to bluff it? like 9Ts KTs ATs backdoor also do you ever really check any strong hands on that river? you guys mentioned two pair+, straights etc but do they really check much? I guess they must check sometimes for protection in theory
ATs KTs could be good candidates to bluff yeah, and ye we have to X a lot cuz IP is also going to arrive to this river with some extra value like TT or AKo himself which is a call COvSB at a mix and then he has all those low PPs A5 54 type of hands that just auto fold if we bet so we do some trapping to let him bluff.
@@HighEloPoker ah yea that makes sense. thank you
66 hand- unblocking diamonds is prob also good. Is there a different call freq in gtow with 6d6x? because its maybe blocks some of his super rare T6dd or so bluffs?
Checked this hand after and as played otr every pair is a call vs shove,we even need to call stuff like AQ AJ AT at a mix.
is he supposed to bluff some Acx Kcx?
@@matthiaskrenn7511 not highcard clubs cuz at this point he is hoping we have those and will fold to riv shove,he is jaming some offsuit broadways with club instead if i remember right.
Please let him talk more as a host. I love that you are bringing on more zoom players. I'd love to see others.
What do you mean let him talk more? Both spoke about the same amount, and had a natural conversation. And there were no interruptions. Your request is kinda weird mate not gonna lie. Agree with the rest.
Yah strange comment, he was a good host, good conversation, both talked lots
Hey Kruzer great vid thanks for sharing. At 59:00 you say hero should fold JJ here vs 4bet at these stakes. What would you do if you had AKo or AKs in the SB here?
Hey,probably jam most of the time with some low freq flatting.
@@HighEloPoker Cool thanks for the reply. Would you also jam QQ?
@@chrisungoed8793 Nop just flat QQ in these configurations i believe.
@@HighEloPoker Cool thanks!
As much as it sucks, pool in general, has a value heavy 3 bet range, so you can imagine their 4 bet range and jamming range preflop are a bit stronger than they should be.
Solid content mate! Moar pls.
Yes great video, more of those session review type please.
