@@joshgonefishin I've lived on the lake since 2015 and it's one of the hardest lakes I've ever fished to be honest. I grew up fishing stained water, so clear water is hard for me to fish.......I don't like fishing in 80 feet of water 🙂

@egomaniac247 you've seen my stuff now, I don't typically fish deep. Sometimes with a spoon, but most of the time shallow targeting active bass. I leave the lake in the dog days of summer because it gets too hot, but Sept-Oct are magical. I have a guiding/instructing service on the lake where I try to give you all the info you'll ever need and never need my services again. Hit me up in the fall and I'll show you exactly how to fish it. Haha plus I'm easily $100+ cheaper than any guide in the state.

Thanks for the feedback! Would you prefer no music or just lower volume? It's something I've been playing around with. My editing software seems to play the music softer than the end product.

I like the big trds. Easier to throw on a baitcaster and plenty of room in the worm for the weight and hook. Works great, even in clear water.

Hahaha, yeah, once you lose so many nail weights, it starts to add up! 😅 Just a money-saving tweak. It goes pretty darn quick once you do it a few times! I can do one in 5 min or so. Usually while watching something.

Yeah, I've tried the EWGs many times in different situations and configurations. The issue with them, if you're talking about the ones with weights molded on, is that they get hung up in rocks pretty easy, due to the diameter of them vs the TRD. MUCH more weedless and rockless when embedded in the TRD. That's been my experience as a guide, as well as countless hours using it with friends and family, anyway. I'll see if they've tweaked the designs, though. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree about turds being funny. You like farts and burps better? No bathroom humor? Puns? Dad jokes?
