Sorry, man - I don’t share exact locations. It’s in the Catskills, and that’s about the most detail I can offer.
and did you find it under some type of cover or in the brush or something
alot of credit to you man can not find one of those for jack you know what how many tries until you got your first on the island and have you found them at more than one spotjust trying to evaluate if i suck or if its just that hard
At one point they were extremely abundant, best time is October.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yeah, can't disclose exact location. It was on the south shore of Long Island, west of Suffolk County. Not long until it's time to get back out . . . more NYS timber rattlesnakes on my list, though I'd like to find a milk, too. I've only been herping in NY for about 1.5 years, having moved in from the midwest.
