As someone who’s never seen this show besides like one episode, I think this song is magnificent! I always like stories where the hero’s become the villains, and seeing a former villain trying to reform a new one is such a great song concept!
I just stumbled on this song after hearing another song from the series reccomended on a list of Best TV Villain Songs, and it reminds me so much of this one part in a fantasy series I'm plotting that I keep listening to it for emotional reference. Also helps this song is amazing and the vocals are just (chef's kiss). So good
