Yes, totally. Im coming from bf4 and thought i gibe it a try, I like the gunplay and stuff, not talkin about specialists. But yeah most of the maps are boring or out right bad imo. As a bf4 vet I found my self only joining servers via portal server browser, cause the normal matchmaking takes super long for a already started match that is most of the time a clusterfuk...

Its more realistic as opposed to close quarters COD instant sniping. Bullet velocity and travel time is a thing.

Great gun. Used to be a beast before the 4-hit kill range nerf.

Bullet velocity is quite slow in BF2042. I play a lot of FPS games and it always takes me a match or two to get used to it.

Pro tip on the SVK: the long barrel is bugged. It gives you the velocity increase with no decrease to ROF. As long as you’re not trying to be quiet there’s no downside

honestly I don't know if they cheat but a few tips change your map to at least 100m then you already have your wallhack, use a red dot sight you are often in the tunnel view and use the sound more at 11.06 for example I was just lick turn to the left there are steps.

Definitely nothing wrong with using Claymores or using Dozer for that matter. They’re in the game therefore, they are part of it. As far as not getting that kill, last bullet gets the kill. Clearly, that wasn’t you. The AK 24 with the drum is a superior assault rifle. Also, there’s no such thing as spawn camping in Battlefield 2042. Nor roof camping. Just because you find them in a static position for an instant doesn’t mean they’ve been there long or that there’s anything wrong with staying static for a while. It’s called defending. All I hear is whining from you. Maybe stop crying and get good?

While "Zoom Sens Coefficient" = 0, ADS slider should be increased from 100 to 160 to work as intended (at the same time some of the maps are so running simulators that 100 can be decreased to 90). That moment when u go ADS and the crosshair doesn't move is the ugliest part, move the slider 160 and start playing with it between 150 and 200. It never was about the weapon :), just bad coding and huuuuge maps. Nobody takes care of muscle memory in this game as developers. There are 2 maps where the distance is not very far but manageable while ADS/NON ADS, Noshahr canals TDM and Redacted in all his forms. Build the muscle memory on these maps and all good on the rest but you will need to play with ADS numbers. I play only Redacted now for the reasons above, Noshahr canals TDM is non existent as single rotation map even in "Portal". I use 3 sensitivities depending on the map, windows one, Logitech one (BF 2042 default when the soft is turned on), and 2 others when the windows is on but the Logitech is not on, the mouse is "PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2" sometimes on cable, sometimes not, depending on the map how big it is. Weird workaround but it works for me. I hope i didn't scared anyone.

Ahhhh lol it’s only bad outside on A1 playing breakthrough but once you get inside it’s fun fr and on Conquest it’s free game.

Any given cod match esp a free for all style there will be like 3 or 4 ppl that do that whole match. Just sit on spawns and pick ppl off, no skill needed ig smh. Also you sound just like me when i play 😂 so many "how did i miss that!" Or "how did that not kill you?"

Stadium isn't great, but I find Hourglass the worst map in the history of FPS's.

And how you get it 3 times in row on CQ conquest? You know one reason I play BFV instead these days? Because it has a server browser and I can play the maps I want to play, instead of being forced into a bot lobby, on a map I hate, that’s got a lower player count than the previous title in the series. The next BF has a server browser, or I skip it and probably give up on the IP.
