The render has serious lighting problems that create a false atmosphere, why do they need to have all the interior lights on in broad daylight? Does the design have problems with natural lighting? Improve light and shadows. It looks very bad for a render from 2024, it looks like a render from 2005

Gorgeous & creative work, Dan. Since you mentioned ‘If I were to build this house in another area, . . .” I assume you’re on the leeward side of Cebu. I’m interested in building in the same area & will need a local, experienced architect. I may be in touch.

sa amoa, wala ra man. pero kung mag apply ka ug net metering, naay mga required documents para i-submit sa electric company, pero sa government, di ko sure.
