Actually I tried bullet journaling in a similar planner and it didn't fit, having my dailies and weeklies in totally different places was uncomfortable for me..I went back to a notebook on September 2024 😅

This video has given me SO MUCH bookish inspiration! I’ve watched it several times and definitely plan to set up a reading journal for the first time in many, many years. Thanks for taking the time to share your process and ideas with the world!

I also missed the cool title they gave us last year. I forget what mine was, but it was quite vampy. My wrapped dropped big time in 2024 this year too, but I laughed so hard when it did my evolution from January (Chill Alt Z Mellow Pop) to April (Cyberpunk Shonen Dark Trap) LOL What?! and then ending the year with Mallgoth Rock Out Metalcore!! My minutes are usually high, but artists and songs are low because I will hyperfocus on songs for a long time. I need to do the export and see if mine is different from Spotify's stats. That'd be interesting.

I love the idea of using that yearly spread as a pagan calendar. I was going to use it for my tarot pulls. I have certain colors to mark which suit, but now I'm thinking I might try to incorporate the pagan calendar in that as well. 💜

For the Hardcore Literature books I've already read, I'm going to read the 2023 books I haven't read yet.

This is my first video of yours I'm seeing but I love your journal and vibe and seem so calming and welcoming!! I'd suggest (just from this video) the Murderbot Diaries. I listen on audio and they are all less then 7hrs (about 7 books I think) by Martha Wells. SciFi and very entertaining. Can't wait to binge your videos and see what you have next!

I'm doing my reading journal all on Canva next year and having it printed at the end of the year. I am far more of a computer girlie than I am a pen and paper girlie and I have a history of setting up a pen and paper journal then never using it. Hopefully, by doing it all online this year, I'll actually keep it up. My theme is retro fever dream with bright colors and trippy designs.

I would love a follow-up on this to see how he liked it in use, what changes you'd make for the future, etc. I play a lot of RPGs, from Call of Cthulhu to D&D, and new ideas for how to organize, update, arrange, and USE these things would be fantastic. It's hard to find ones that aren't either too overwrought and basically unusable, or just not aware of how different a given character's needs can be.

Wow, the first story for book club is free! I'm looking forward to this; I want to read more SF in my dotage--just somehow got to reading mostly non-fiction, horror, and mysteries. Now I want to listen to the Hitchhiker's radio plays again, too. :D

This is amazing! I'm a former college English/Latin professor, and while the Renaissance was not my period (I'm a Classicist), I can't wait to revisit Shakespeare! Let's do Kit Marlowe or Wilde next year. :p My reading journal this year is Skyrim themed, but it'll still work.
