@w8ndat. Its not worldwide known but Bridgwater Carnival Carnival squibbing is amazing to watch but scary to do. There are lots of safety measurements in place to prevent serious injury. Bridgwater is a town in Somerset England. The carnival is a big deal here as its very fascinating to watch.Only 3 and a half months left til this years carnival. :-)

The majorettes I was with are in this. 3 carnival.

there are judges every couple of feet on the circuit. each judge gives them their own idividual score and they all get added up.Obviously they lose points for not having power but it had power for other parts of the carnival so the judges thought that the design points awarded far out-weighed the points lost for having no power. Hope that helps and isnt too confusing :)

This was the first of these carnivals I have ever been to (and it definitely won't be the last!), and I saw Judges where we were? This looks great here, and it's such a powerful and appropriate message for this time of year but how could it win if the power was off?

@strawchopper1 Not sure about anyone else, I have footage of it passing with lights/sound off and everyone walking in front of it. Such a shame, as it look quite impressive.

As this came up to us, all the power shut off which was a real shame. It was a fantastic effort!
