A little bit about myself, my name is Frode Thomassen and I'm from Norway. In 2004, I got cancer and went through a rather tough treatment with chemotherapy. In the years that followed, I began to exercise my body after the stress the disease had put on my body. In 2011 I fell ill again, then I had a stroke. Then I started a new training after this. I have always been happy to cycle and exercise, and it was in that connection that I got the idea to create a RUclips channel to motivate others to exercise. In 2023 I created the RUclips channel "Life by bike".
At the beginning I thought that the most important thing was to only show views and cycle paths from the roads I cycled, but I now realize that many people miss me commenting on the videos and talking a little about where I cycle and what I do. So the videos that are made in 2024 I will be talking and commenting on.

Cycle rides and walks are also beneficial for both mental and physical health.
