The 2023 Edens family reunion was held in Waco, Texas June 9-10. In attendance were Pat Norton, Ed Norton, Lisa Cox, Cody and Megan Cox, Brett Hall, Nancy Edens, Neal Davis, Tom Hardin, Wayde, Geri and Jackson Edens. The Edens family has a rich history in Texas. The Edens Family Association reunions serve to remind us of our ancestors, keep old memories alive, and make new memories as well.

Napoleon Augustas Edens, son of Banister Edens and Mary Walker, married Mary Faith Grigsby. The Banister Edens farm was situated where Universal City is now. The graveyard where this marker is located is in Universal City, Texas.
