@@JoseRivera-oi6ve We install sumps & everything along with it. But we so busy we have contractors we can pay to do it if we can’t. The walls, & barriers, especially concrete work cause it takes forever lol. We mainly try to focus on tank cleanings, we have to supervise those. installs & repairs but yeah bro we cover a lot of stuff in this industry in general. Your tank dirty ?
WHAT CAUSES SLOW DISPENSER FUEL PUMPS
most likely a clogged/old filter. If not could be any old equipment which is on the pump. Becomes an eliminating process after filter change if that doesn’t solve slow flow.
Yes check the gas filter, some dispensers have an internal filter as well that’s very common. I do this for work, so there are many variations & variables to go through to ensure your replacing the correct part.
How do you prime a dispenser fuel pump
Also check belt condition. Worn belts slips like hell
I’d start at the filter. But could be be anything from filter, hanging hardware, meter, prop valve or STP if it’s the whole site
What about the safety valve under the cabinet which shuts of storage and from explosion or fire from going backwards to main storage?
The check valve can prevent or cut off, the union under the pump. The e-stop is a easy press when fire breaks.

I work in texas, installing & maintenance of pumps, every single thing about them. Including the tanks. Pays very well & has a lot of hours

There are a few technical problems with this type of product. There are many similar products in China, the maintenance of the oil pump is very simple, usually pay more attention to cleaning the imported filter. The operating life is almost the same, and the price is half cheaper.@t
