Sir, why was the delay in paper? And imagine delay of 60 to 90 minutes. Why? And what actions were taken on those who caused this dealy? Imagine a delay of 60 minutes is sufficient for solving nearly a section of answer set. If there are experts sitting nearby they would hv solved the answer sheet and provided answer not necessarily to these 1500 students but nearby centres .
