Love the drying herbs!! That’s what I did last year I just hung them in the pantry, I will have basil for at least a year or two! I love that plant! I don’t have one plant in my house! I need to make it a goal before the year is over! The pad Thai looked good! What a deal for a quick meal!!

I have seen those cashew clusters before they look delicious! Isn't it crazy that things we have been eating our whole life are now Toxic? I always think of my grandmother who got cancer several times and passed away from it. How many toxins were just in the food they thought was safe? ugh! We eat lots of foods that are bad for us but I think knowing what we know helps us make better choices when we can. You should think about making your own patties when you get your beef. We have been forming them and freezing them flat and then I bag them up with parchment paper in between then bag them up! So much better then store bought!! I love your grocery hauls! Thanks for sharing!

The pickles look so good! I love crunchy pickles! I may try some fridge pickles this year.

My grandmother used to make frozen chocolate covered banana halves and we loved them but when you bite them the chocolate falls off. I love the sliced banana dipped in chocolate so much better! My husband always asks me to put a little peanut butter under the chocolate! Yum!

I planted some poppies this year and I am hopeful! I love where the red fern grows! So sad but such a great movie! I have switched to making a lot of our own bread and noticed a big difference in what we buy as well. Although we are currently selling our house and I haven’t baked anything in weeks but that’s ok I will get back to it. The cheesecake looks delicious!

Your cilantro looks like mine! Next year I’m going to look for a slow bolt variety! I think Romaine lettuce is also better for warmer climates I’ve heard mine is still holding on.
