I’m 62 years old I have right arthritis in my knees. It’s a long story but I have arthritis all through me. I had to have surgery on my knee. I actually need two new knees, but they told me that when I was 40 it’s up to you. I won’t get surgery unless you really can’t take the pain no more, it might not surgery. My niece has a small tear and they’re giving her shots and her knees so you might just get shots. You might not actually need surgery. They’ll talk to you about your PO Box so I can send you a few things. I don’t know.

I use dry shampoo all the time now I don’t go without my dry shampoo, but if it upset you about the election, this is my first election without my husband. He passed away a little over a year ago. We was never really into it like me and my husband watched he watched his own TV. I would watch my own TV. I think he might’ve watched some of it. I don’t know. I don’t really think so but certain things what I’m trying to say is since he passed away if it bothers me, I just, skip it if it bothers you about your mother election don’t bother with it. I just wondering, do you drink coffee or hot tea and do you make blueberry or banana muffins and just would use the butter cooking spray so they wouldn’t stick or they got the banana bread and I like to put mashup roll banana put it with it. Nice winter time.

Yeah, you can Google pot roast and crockpot chili chicken that’s what I do. You can get all kinds of recipes it makes it nice.

I like your crockpot. I have a red one you could sell that other crockpot maybe for five dollars yard sale. Some will definitely buy it but try make a little roast in a crockpot and you buy roast seasoning and you put water with it. Stir it and poured over the roast with another cup of water, make sure the water the roast is covered with water just enough water and put it on high for eight hours and then you put your potatoes and carrots three hours before it’s done and it’s delicious and that makes it two meals for you

You only put the oven on 350 and cook it about 10 minutes and you don’t spray the pan or nothing. It’s delicious. I’m eating it now. lol

Pick up a block of Philadelphia cream cheese and a little jar of salsa and a small bag of shredded cheese. I like Colby you just leave it so you let it get soft all day or overnight and you spread it in a baking pan a small pan casserole pan, put some salsa on top of it. Sprinkle your cheese on it and you only cook it about maybe 10 minutes 50 it’s great for dip. It is a dip sometimes I make it for dinner. That’s what I’m eating now and then you just buy the small tortilla chips bite-size

You got very nice make up in this kit. I’m that one pallet you put away to give away that’s nice of you, but I mean think about it. You could give that to somebody for their birthday gift or part of their Christmas gift I would think about keeping that one and giving it as a giftbecause that was really nice
