If the property tile value is usually 40% of the real value,then one has to purchase One Million $ property ,so it shows as 400k on the sale title,to be approved for turkish citizenship. Isn't that the case?
No it is not the case with all properties. Cities such as istanbul have alternative options that are much more affordable, built specifically for obtaining Turkish citizenship. For example there are projects that come with citizenship package that are around 500K with very generous payment plans. If you are interested. HOUSES IN ALANYA ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, OF COURSE THEY CHARGE 5 TIMES MORE PRICES FOR TOURITES AND THE HOUSES ARE VERY ROTTEN BECAUSE THEY BUILD HOUSES FROM SEA SAND. THEY ARE NOT SOLID HOUSES AT ALL. ALSO EVERYTHING IS VERY EXPENSIVE IN ALANYA. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. YOU WILL BE SPOILED AT EVERY STEP YOU TAKE.
The word'' expensive'' differs from person to person. Our prices in Summer home real estate is the same price to every individual ( the same goes for discounts and promotions ). Using sea sand is illegal according to the standards given by the Turkish government. If there is any architect who is brave enough to do such a thing, wont take long until they get caught and punished by the authorities. For such a person to make such accusations must have experienced something similar to speak so boldly of the topic. If you have, im sorry to hear that you met bad people. Like anywhere in the world, these people are unavoidable without doing any reaserch and looking for ''cheap'' properties. If you were a real buyer at the time, we wish you had met the right people and had better experience. Yet, if you are just trying to scatter bad press and false information to hard businesses in Alanya, we request that you dont.
