The people that are complaining about taste are used to eating high sodium and junk food. All foods are bland with no salts, sugars, and spices. You can add a tad bit of sea salt or any good spice that you desire. People expect it to taste like the crap that they always ate. Not happening. You have to change your brain in order to fix your body.

I, for one, found them to taste awful. I can make my simple meal deliciously. I do not, repeat not, recommend the Modify Health. I ended up throwing 3 remaining meals knowing they won't be good.

I decided to start taking these, but the vitamin alone is not enough. I'm pairing these vitamin with small daily walks and general improvements to my diet with more fruits and veggies throughout. I'm not vegan by any means but am trying to cut down a little on red meat. All these things together with the vitamin will help much more than just the vitamin on its own.

Most people have no clue how to read mulits please read the back and make sure the source of the vitamins are the best sources that why those words are in parentheses

The food is total crap. Farm raised salmon, grain lot beef, just disgusting garbage. Tasted like processed junk food.

I just tried my first meals from them. The steak is over cooked but the chicken has all been really good. Fodmap is hard to follow I’m optimistic this will be a good way to do it. Important to note they have a list of recommended condiments for low fodmap meals for flavor.

We’ve been using Modify Health meals FOMAP version for a few weeks now. My husbands favorite is the Grilled Steak w/Mashed potatoes as well as the Layered Chicken Enchiladas. He says he’s amazed how they full him up. (And he’s 6’2, 195Lbs.) My personal favorite are the Salmon dishes & the Herb Roasted Fish fillet w/squash & rice. *These are perfect to grab & go for work. Love, love them & love the company. They are doing some good work! Much appreciated. Only thing.. I do wish there was an easier way to remove the plastic film once cooked.. though, we have a difficult time removing it completely and I’m also not sure if they recycle when parts of the plastic are still attached to the plastic dish? Kudos to Modify Health, great going.👍

How is the fit from the Gen 1 compared with the Gen 2? Are the Gen 2 somewhat a stability shoe similar to the Gen 1? I have the Gen 1 and among all the stability shoes that I have tried, the Gen 1 has been a great stability shoe. I have flat feet so the support has been great. I hope the support also carried over in the Gen 2.

Do you think the Gen 2 is slower than the Gen 1? I am worried that the extra cushioning makes it less responsive
