This is my 1940's B&H badged Japanese open crank engine rated 3.5hp at 650RPM. Its a kerosene type engine so you start it on gasoline and when it's up to temperature switch it to run on kerosene. A little history on this engine. They were built in Japan during occupation and shipped to Southern Africa. They were then re-badged and sold to farmers to be used for many applications. I like Lister but replacement parts such as oil seals and bearing's are a problem chipata Zambia
This engine wastes a lot of fuel. It's not even connected to anything useful. It seems the Japanese still have a lot to learn about engines.
You realize this engine is some 100 years old and is only running for demonstration?

Very good video and one thing I really liked and you very rarely see happen. Is you loaded the engine to the point of nearly stalling putting it under its maximum load I think it’s nice to see an engine under full load so much more interesting than just watching an engine tik over it probably did it a lot of good👍🏽

@@TheFlaminFire888 I have a feeling that every clip from every video he ever made is backed up in duplicate in a very safe place, and that when a fantastic, advert free, video sharing platform exists (like youtube used to be) those viseos will reappear.

Hallo enginelover1. The Hanglands videos were downloaded and saved a couple of years ago by a friend of mine who also watched his channel. Since his channel does not exist anymore i decided to post them on my channel for the viewers to enjoy his videos again.
