You can also cancel the last part of the animation. When the fish (or bag) comes out of the water (and you hear the sound): 'Ctrl-F' twice and then just 'F'. This will (1) put away the rod, (2) take it back out and (3) cast float. Do it fast and it will be almost instant. You are welcome :D

the aoe sleep does not reset cd when block atm ? cos i test it and the aoe sleep wont reset when i block, or there is somthing to do with the skills to make it reset?

bro why the thounderclouds bombing reset cd 30% 2 time and some times 1 time? does that anything to do with the rate of the off hand weapon?

dam i loved farming solo in lineage 2 with multiple characters on one pc, but as u say its useless now , sad, i love solo mass farming,what if there is no ppl at spot i wanna farm, or to play with someone,do i really need find ppl to grind together ....

If I was doctor or family planning I would suggest you to drink lots of regular tea and eat red meat, green vegies and fresh fruits (especially bananas), maybe even try some weed to smoke (strong anti inflammatory) and avoid any processed food for a while while stopping sugar products altogether. You may also want clean your home completely using "friendly soap" (like the ones to clean dishes), and if you still want to drink soda just get classic red Coca Cola with sugar (I know it weird lol). If things still not improving with "improved life style"... maybe review your (new ?) home and dont hesitate to change your location / try new home (I know it may sounds weird too aha).

Food wise, low carbs, high protein, medium fat. It's simple, eat meat meat and more meat, veggies, and a bit less carbs (rice is a simple carb, it transforms in sugar in your blood) but a bit is ok.

Zero sugar is ok, they do not increase your blood sugar. Throw away all the full sugar ones, 350 is a lot, but it's also because of ALCOHOL. Alcohol can raise your blood sugar by quite a lot (unless it's vodka or spirits like that). A lot of alcohol is mixed with sugar/carbs so it is raises blood sugar.
