Melrose Avenue | Central Los Angeles Driving Tour
Melrose Avenue cuts right through the heart of L.A.
We begin at Melrose and Highland Avenue and end at Melrose and Doheny Drive. This entire section is within the Melrose District, which is known for its shopping (especially fashion), dining, and entertainment.
Once reaching La Cienega, we've technically left the city of Los Angeles and entered the suburb of West Hollywood. The avenue ends right on the eastern border of Beverly Hills (at Doheny Drive).
Fun fact: Melrose Avenue is named after the northern Boston suburb of the same name.

Hi, Mary! It honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. It was a little bit of a shock for a second, but I quickly acclimated to it. There were a lot of rocks at the bottom, though, which made for a slow walk through the water haha
