Yup, all of this. My worst raid experiences are when there's a person or a group of people who just don't adapt to an encounter. Day one, DSC, we cleared Atraks-1 but it took 10 hours because one of our people did not understand cover and survivability. Hell, it took us 2 hours to convince him that Black Talon wasn't the best heavy for the encounter
