The brewery-oriented bits of the recent episode of Unter unserem Himmel on BR3, with my own subtitles. I skipped over most of the segments in the kitchen, focusing on the brewing. Yes, there are a few mistakes. I used BR3's teletext as a source more than the audio dialogue, so some of it might not match as well as it would if I were to have spent hours working on this.
