I read some comments where they say that for the first 40 minutes the heater heats full blast and overrides any set thermostat settings. Let's say I only want the heater to heat up the room to 69 F, I do not want the heater to heat the room for 40 minutes on highest level and then cool down to the 69F. It also makes no sense to me to have a heater work that way. The way people reviews described it that is how it supposedly operates. Is that true and could you please give some more details about these 40 minutes of running time each time you start the heater? If it is true that the heater overrides my set temperature each time I switch it on again and blast 40 minutes on high heat instead, that would be a dealbreaker for me. Thank you.
