When putting this in the oven, did you just shove it on like that or you had to place it in a tray or in a dish in order to sure the base? I ask because the foil plate feels very thing and fragile and I worry that it could cause the cake to take on an uneven shape at the bottom. Also, are you able to bring it out of foil plate when you’re done baking and it has cooled enough? Or it must be eaten in the foil plate? Great great video by the way. Thanks
