Great job but that’s unfortunate you have to light the pilot everytime .. with my hibachi grill… All you have to do is just turn The knob, the gas is ran directly to it and it just fires right up every time. But I only have two knobs and I also have a 36 inch grill. I like yours but not sure I want to deal with the pilot lighting every time.

Always pat your steaks dry once they get to room temp. Then season. Less moisture on the outside the better.
