That's one way to solve ball storage issues!
It looks like a bin from a refrigerator good idea

The Cyclone Ball Lifter utilizes a 70KG/C Torque Gearmotor and an Aluminum Hubbed Sheet Cut Delrin Sprocket capable of withstanding this test with ease! This combination of power and toughness makes it's normal duty cycle feel like a walk in the park. This is how you engineer something that will last! Feel free to run your cyclone at 24 VDC for twice the bpm!
Hi! I'm a Pachinko player in Taiwan and I also want to make a 720bpm ball lifter but I am massed up Or may I make an order to you for a ball lifter witch can reach 720 bpm ?

What mechanism is going to cause the opening (your hand) on the machines? Or will there be a gap big enough for the balls to fall between and then keep filling
I have an idea for centralizing balls. Take a flat long board, place something around the edges, place a sheet of plexiglass glass on top, screw down the middle (may not be necessary to screw it down) drill a hole in the middle. All of the balls will funnel into the middle. Then you can angle those holes towards the machine and the force pushing back on the balls will keep them from overflowing the machines. Have a couple of ball lifters on the sides in the back and have them lift the balls up to that top plexiglass area. You then have yourself a multiple machine feeding tray
The normal depletion of balls in a prize hopper will start the flow. As the machines hoppers empties, the two inch pipes feeding them will cause balls to flow. What I am testing for here is to make sure I leave enough room around the feed tubes, the angle of the track needed for flow and also the height off the track of the resivoir feed to the track.
@@jacobstuntz8617 You will have to build it or mock it up to make sure it works. Steel balls do not always flow like you imagine they will. The interlocking nesting of them cause problems.
@@johnfritzel9833 oh I see I’m sorry I misunderstood. I thought you were developing a single feeding system for multiple machines
@@jacobstuntz8617 It will feed multiple machines. It will be a long ramp with 2" holes each feeding a machine. This is just a test for determaing the best parameters.
One of my recent Videos showed a 2" PVC tube topping off a closed off Prize Hopper as it dispenses balls. The idea i to have an elevated track feeding multiple machines with that 2" setup on each machine. A single ball lifter would fill a hopper that fed the track at the high starting point with a piece of 3" PVC. This is a mock up to test that concept. Looks like the track could be a couple inches wider to allow easier flow around the 2" PVC feeder lines. The 3" tube is 3/4" of an inch above the surface of the track and still may jam and not release balls as they are used. It may also require a low rpm thin metal disc constantly moving underneath the 3" tube as an agitator to prevent any blockage. The pitch of the MDF track needs to be somewhat substantial about 3/4" per foot.
That was cool!
Speaking of custom... can you make one with 2 outlets... so you can send 2 tubes of balls up at the same time?
Sure I could but its much easier to just run one tube at twice the speed. If you have your reservoir of balls on top there is really never an urgent need to quickly get balls up there. They are already where you need them.
Already running on 24 v. You helped me on my 1st one that I got from you... its been great for the 2 I've been running... I lost your number or I would call so I can tell you what I'm looking for... love your product

what happens when you open the door?
Each feeder tube has a gate shutoff
I tried this on my garo goldstorm and It tells me that for some reason there's a large amount of balls and It doesn't pay out but I did It just like your video wondering if the newer machines have a way of seeing that we're doing this and prevents It from happening I even used a normally Close switch just like you from Amazon
I have accomplished this on various older electronic machines up to and including Lumina Frames. More recent pachinko models may require a different approach or a DaveRob Dongle.
Is this easy to do? I want to do this!
Well if you can strip wires, solder and follow a diagram you will be fine.
Where did you get the volume control and do you splice into the speaker wires
New operating advice for your Cyclone Ball Lifter! . The Cyclone rarely jams but this can happen when an empty hole in the sprocket gets past the sensor and then gets partially filled at precisely the wrong time right before the divertor cover. The solution is to turn down your cyclones sensor sensitivity (counterclockwise on the tiny screw) so that more balls are needed in the hopper before it runs. This will insure your empty sprocket holes will all fill up almost immediately after the divertor clears them. There is no room for a ball jam to occur if all the sprocket holes are filled. Thanks John
This was just definitive proof to someone who claimed they were not.
I assume this is so you can operate spasific areas of any machine, due to an win or placing an ball in an spasific spot?😊
Where’d you get the dongle? I have a nishijin y&o and I’m wondering if the dongle would work on it…there’s no “CR” label but there is a card reader.
I wired that existing switch into one of the payout sensors see my other videos

What on earth is that for tho?
For lifting pachinko balls at home. So you don't have to keep going behind your machine to move them to the prize tray in back. In Japan this is all done behind the scenes by machines.
This is the best Pachinko Ball lifter available! Thanks for an excellent product. I need to buy 2 more when available.

There's a roller micro switch mounted right before the divertor. It has ample time to spring back because there is extra space in between balls since the balls hitting it are still spaced out in the sprocket.
Interesting and I have a few gear motors out of a snack machine , time to get my 3D printer busy !!!!!
Is there a specific angle you used ?....im trying to mock up something temporary for running 2 machines.... and my build is alot like this one... but the 2 tapered channels will clog every so often...
No, you are going to have to experiment. The smoothness of the material can make a difference.
I purchased one of your systems.... is there anyway to speed them up?
What percentage increase are you looking for?
@@johnfritzel9833 120 bpm..not increase but total @ 120 bpm...
It should be faster than that out of the box. You can also increase the input voltage 10 or 20 percent and that will speed up the motor proportionately.
