Could be in game setting problems or steam, the best way is to check on your pxn app if its working properly. then start from there. mine is also not working and it's a hardware issue too bad cant play games like i used to anymore tsk3! stay safe bro keep driving!

unfortnately no, you cant :( at least since the last time i tried it like 5 months ago, idk if there are updates but as far as i can remeber no you cant use the shifter.

@@Nickdaswedish my wheel has x functions it can be a xbox or ps controller or a wheel, in this vid i am using the Wheel as controller. However if you want to use it like a real wheel you need the mod by ikt, it is back and fully functioning but you have to pay $5 for it as subscription, i havent done that coz i dont have money. after the game release the game sometimes crashes when you connect the pxn. plus if you make it work in the actual released game the pxn is not recognized and you van only use it as a xbox controller which means you cant use the shifter.

Disable steam from auto start then restart pc and unplug pxn, when the pc boots, plug pxn and connect pxn app. now its fixed.

yes this is city car driving home edition. everything is almost plug and play for this game. just make sure you have the v9 tools, select city car driving then define your desired controls in the game. thats pretty much it.

if you bought it 2nd hand it coulb be a busted button.

Mine dies that sound too, subscribers said i should put wd40, i dont recommended it tho. Pxn is made of cheap plastic so the pedals are very very fragile. You just need to clean them, if you have like a vacuum or spray to clean the dirt and dust away if it is really bothering you, me? I have learned to accept the noise. Aye!

There's is a permanent fix brother. Just disable steam from auto start. Just in case you run into this problem every time you plug your pxn.

i have not tried it Bro, cant say much with ps4, but i read somewhere that you need a ps4 controller to make pxn work with ps4.

@@Samuel-wk8lt There are so many things that can cause random crash if you have mods installed. for nve alone i never had any random crash its when you add so many more mods, even car mods. Nve should be installed first before any other mods just make sure you have a backup to revert to just in case things go south. in recent update of gta v version 3179 you will get a nve error, thats why you need to revert back to 30. Anyway have fun brother and stay safe always.

i think it was on direct input, just the default if you your asking bout my pxn app settings.

just try all the basic troubleshooting methods, try it on another pc or a laptop, its hard to pinpoint the cause of the problem since it gets disconnected right away. So if it works on another pc then maybe something on your current set up is messing the wheel. Could be new software dowoaded or games. i had thesame issue but i figured it was caused by a faulty usb port.

what do you mean not working, like from pxn app itself or just with games?

@@team_badges_111 Connect your pxn to the pxn app and see what happens. If everything is fine in the pxn app then it's okay, just disable steam from auto start, restart your pc disconnect pxn and wait for boot up, then connect your pxn again.

First thing, you will surely experience crash with this game. Idk if they already rolled out an update but last time i checked pxn is not compatible with the released version of the game. In terms of making it work, your pxn should be in D input and then remap all the controls inside the game settings. if it doesn't work switch to x input but there will be no shifting.

Since MTM is out dated there is only one way to play gta v with pxn, your wheel must be in X input.

during the beta everything was working fine, however when the game was released, users reported thet they were having crash issues with pxn, i tried it myself and it wad true, i tried to fix it, the fix was temporary,i haven't tried Crew motorfest in 2024,and i dont know if there were updates.

try ypdating your pxn software. make sure your usb port if functioning well.
