You're not supposed to use anti-seize on Denzo spark plugs or NGK iridium you can actually mess up the factory anti-seize that's already on it then eventually they end up getting loose

Never pull connectors by the wire, especially small wires. They will come out if you get unlucky

I live in Turkey who also has a 2019 Corolla hybrid. Toyota here basically doesn't have 0w16, instead they basically use 0w20 and the website says so too. My car is out of warranty, this time I'm going to change oil myself as it is much cheaper. Also Shell 0w20 over here is way cheaper than Mobile 1 for some reason. My question is, would my car be happy and thankful for that shell as much as Mobile 1 ?

This is the wrong method to change the coolant. The cylinder head gasket may be damaged. The correct way is to use a vacuum device.

Make sure that you service and clean the EGR system which means cleaning the EGR cooler, EGR valve, replacing the PCV valve, and cleaning the EGR passages in the intake manifold. This is very important to do on hybrids to prevent head gasket issues by cleaning out the carbon build up. You should also change the CVT fluid, this should be your 2nd change. Strap on wrench is not optimal for this situation. Oil filter pliers gooder.

The car might leak oil when it is running start it before you put the covers back on. The first oil change at 10000 is too long if you do oil analysis there are particles in the oil that the filter does not remove.
