Nice neighborhood, but overpriced for the house you actually get. No WC on the ground floor, no utility room. Tiny garden. It's a long walk from the carpark to your door, especially if you are carrying groceries.

So you have to go down through the kitchen to the bathroom for toilet or shower and come all the way back up to the bedroom. Got if you forget something you have to go back all the way past the kitchen . Again. What if you have guests over and they are in the kitchen or living areas and your walking by with your shower robe on . I just couldn’t be eating in my kitchen while someone is taking a dump right there off the kitchen. In America we have the bathroom right in between the bedrooms and then another one in the master bedroom. And then maybe a half bath downstairs for guests to use but not near a kitchen usually in a hallway.

Tiny fridges we have huge refrigerators in our kitchens.
