Myles was smooth, very smooth, I just found out about his passing today, I was watching a video of April Wine and found out we lost him, very sad, processing it but it's still sad, Rest in peace Myles, I'm going to miss you.

I'd still be big white friggin' grass cutting shoes gang if da wife would be seen in public with me wearing them.

Dallas,TX 2009 at the Granada Theatre, I was front row for April Wine, The band was at the back of the stage getting ready for the next song, I always like to get guitar pics at concerts so I yelled to Myles to see if he would give me one, he walked up to the edge of the stage and handed me the pic he had been using! What an awesome guy!

R.I.P. Myles. I was very lucky to see AW live a couple of times, a very long time ago, 1980 and 1981. Outstanding band. I've covered Before The Dawn and Sign Of The Gypsy Queen in bands over the years. Still love this band.

April Wine was always on my bucket list but sadly never got tosee them. A band that had so many great songs, good rockn't music and great ballads. Many don't know that Myles grew up in the church and I believe he kept his faith in jesus till the end. That's where I will jam with him. We'll have an eternity together.

I've been friends with Rob/Psiren for decades, and somewhat regularly been treated to some of the early versions of his work, including this particular track. And honestly, this is some of my favorite work of his. I distinctly remember just a couple months ago putting one of the earlier versions of this track on repeat while I was at work, and just humming along. It's kind of funny, I'm so used to listening to the earlier versions, that hearing the versions with that final pass of polish is kind of a magical experience all over again.
