The traffic light intersection is located in Kallinchen (about 30 km to the south of Berlin). It is on the premises of a company where you can do driving safety training. During the Cold War, East-German body guards got training at this location.

In case you mean the shelter next to the shed: Not sure if it exists for real. I haven't spotted it standing in front of the shack, but it might be at the backside. At the cave location, there is no bunker.

I'm afraid that most of the cave does not really exist. However, some interior shots were made in the Unicorn cave (Einhornhöhle) in the Harz region.

Thank you for sharing this with us, @@Neia99. Some more information has indeed become available since last year. This includes a reference to the Unicorn cave in the Harz area, where some shots were taken. However, I was not able to find more information about the location of the cave entrance. Although there are some references to the Berlin/Brandenburg area, I don't believe that it can be found there, as there simply are almost no caves in that part of Germany. Additionally, in the series the entrance looks different depending on the year in which the actual scene plays, which makes it reasonable to assume that the entrance may be at least partly artificial. If anyone knows more, feel free to insert your comment.
