You can have a hoyse manager, some one that you already have in the house. And just take a little off the rent each month. They can also be your eyes and ears. You will need someone like that . that's renting a room from you . And you can get them to put out the trash, tidy up the house, a bit . You should go over every 2 weeks to clean, or get a cleaning lady, every 2 weeks . But you will need someone to be your eyes, and ears. Keep you informed, of what's going on. You can call that person , few times a day . And your cameras will help you too.

I live in Philly, per beds go as much as $750.00 $800 for a private room. And if you have 2 beds in a room, go for about $650... $675 and if they need any services, they probably already have a social worker. That will set it up.

Hello, I do think you need to go over, how many people you can house , in a 3 bed room house. I did see you go with a lady to her starter home. You and her , went over the house. Room to room. She said she was putting 3 people us stairs. 2 people in another room . And 1 private room . thats 6 people in the house . 1 bathroom. Did anybody check the codes ? In Philadelphia, you can only have 3 non related people in one 3 bedroom house ! And if they .. The city come out to your home for having more than 3 people , with in a 3 year span, they .. the city will take your renters License ! Everybody talks about the amout of money , you can make . by maximizing your space !! But no one talks about Legally!!! how many people you can have. And the floor space you need ! WHY NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THIS MOST IMPORTANT TOPIC???!!!

How in the world, is she putting g 3 people upstairs!! 2 people in 1 room , and 1 room single. Don't you know she can get in at of trouble doing that. 3 bedroom house you can only have 3 people. thats not related I. a 3 bedroom house ! And thats the law. If she gets reported she will get a nu e big fine. You had better check with the city ! 3 bedrooms..3 people only .. thats not related !

Unlicensed ?????? I've never heard of that being legal! In california, you can get fined and shut down for having an unlicensed group home
