    If you’re dealing with mold, look no further than The Long Island Mold Guy-Dominick and his team are absolutely incredible! From the moment I reached out to them, their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to solving my issue were unmatched. Dominick is not only extremely knowledgeable about mold remediation but also takes the time to explain the entire process in detail, making you feel confident and reassured. He approaches every situation with honesty and transparency, which is a rare quality in this industry. When they came to inspect my property, they quickly identified the source of the problem and provided a clear plan to address it. Their work was thorough, efficient, and meticulous. They used top-notch equipment, including dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, and made sure everything was cleaned and treated properly to prevent future issues. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about their clients. Dominick and his team treat your home like it’s their own, and they go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. If you’re dealing with mold on Long Island, I can’t recommend The Long Island Mold Guy enough. Dominick’s integrity, expertise, and dedication to helping people are truly second to none. You’ll be in excellent hands! Thank you, Long Island Mold Guy, for making a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

      Yeah it definitely is! I guess technically you can be sued for anything, and some complex situations can come up when you combine various workers on a job site. It's not in my nature to think to sue someone, especially if I were to be at fault, but we all know there are people out there looking to make a quick buck. That's why having the proper insurance documents is crucial!

    Oil is expensive though, that’s EVERY customers main complaint. The heat pump push is making them all make the change. The heat pumps have to be designed properly (cold climate, manual j,d,s etc..) plus the home HAS to be sealed up and properly insulated to even stand a chance.

    This is especially important when you get into any plumbing or electrical projects. Don't think, "I'll get this done in an hour. Think, "If this goes wrong, do I have another sink to use for the next couple days?" Or, "will I need to plug something into the outlets on that breaker I have turned off?" Do NOT open a can of worms when you don't have at least 2 times as much time as you think you need.

      @@woodworkerroyer8497 you are very appreciated 💪I will definitely record more of my projects and I plan on making some content for quick jobs that any homeowner can do. I regularly hear from homeowners that they ignore small defects in their home because they believe they are not skilled enough or don't see themselves as a "DIY-er". I think I can show them that if they can manage owning a home, they can manage taking care of routine maintenance tasks.

    • @woodworkerroyer8497
      @woodworkerroyer8497 4 месяца назад

      @sturdyhomesny Oh, for sure. A bit holding screwdriver with a case of bits and a set of nut drivers can open just about anything in the home. Add a drill and bits, and you have even more possibilities. Cobra pliers, needle nose pliers, and a set of wire strippers can do even more. That whole bundle would be less than $300, and save well over that amount if the person just does basic maintenance on the house.

    Subbing. As the ither commenter said, the music was too loud, and instrumental music is the best. I will add that as a video editor, I try to make the music about half the volume of what i think people can hear over (so it your music setting was -10db on this video, where you think the voiceover can be heard well, set the music to -15 or even -18 and try again. Once you think it's where it should be, turn it down at least 2 db more). This lets the viewer hear the song, but more importantly, it lets them hear you. Most people think the video and pixels and bot depth are the most important parts of videography. They're not. Sound is. People will leave before they listen to a whole sentence if you have buffetting wind or squealing in the background. A good mic, and some training with it is worth its weight in gold. You already have good video, and even decent audio on your side, but the music really distracts. It's taking the place of the voiceover. P.s. you can absolutely use music with lyrics. You just have to know the "vibe" or theme of the video you're making. Dont use "baby shark" during a tense horror scene. 😂 I like the song you chose, and i think it's a good one to keep in a back pocket for when it can be used, but it's important to know when to use it.
