Did you simulate the reflectarray with T-solver? I have an offset feed and I got an error saying 'Waveguide ports must be aligned with cartesian coordinate planes for the transient solver' from CST.

After rotating the reflectarray away from any cartesian coordinate plane, it seems that the default meshing does not produce the correct result.
