Our problem is that it records and then when the person is out of sight, around the corner; it shuts off and then starts again when person is in sight again. So now we don’t know if the person paid or did not because it has not recorded anything, it interrupted. How can we set the camera that when it detects a person it records for ~ 4-5 minutes? Is that possible?

3 years after buying 3 of these on Indigogo and giving 2 of them as gifts I finally got to trying them as earbuds (useless as hearing aids) only to be reminded that even the smallest eartip is too large to provide a tight fit. If I tilt my head a couple of times while out for a walk - one or both will fall out.

I do not think you should give up on TUMI. Just do not buy that type of luggage anymore. My favorite are TUMI, Rimowa and Samsonite.

Just found your video. I think you are given the option of a gift card or return of the suitcase. Why $100. Not sure. Maybe it was $1000 if your suitcase is $2000, but that damage seems crazy! I have had damage, but not like that. Sorry for your loss. If you do not reply and tell them you want the gift card, then they will send you back the luggage. Sounds like you got upset and did not reply or did not want the gift card. So, you got your luggage back. I agree with the others, maybe file a claim with your credit card ( a lot have luggage protection like American Express) or file with the airline.

I asked you the ring camera don’t record. You didn’t say nothing about not recording.

2 questions: 1. How old was the item when damaged? 2. Did you contact the airline and request payment for the bag. My GF's TravelPro bag was recently damaged by AA in Barcelona. Obviously, it was a lot cheaper than your Tumi bag, but not only did AA send me a check for what I paid for the bag, but I also claimed w/TravelPro & they sent me a new bag (it was under warranty.)

I have a question regarding event history. It doesn't show any videos it only says person detected so if I press that words then the video will pop out usually it shows all the videos when I pressed event history.

Their luggage has gone downhill for sure. I just bought a $975 alpha international carryon to replace my Alpha 2 from 2011. It was just a convoluted mess of zippers and pockets that was completely impractical. Worse, I could tell it was going to look like shit in 1 or 2 trips. I returned it next day and repaired my old suitcase handles. I don't intend to buy from Tumi for my next bag, although I'm not sure if I can find one that I'll like. Any suggestions?

I had my sets of tumi for a long time didn’t have problem with them until today, we just came back from a vacation cruise found out it has a cracked on the front carbon fiber cover. I’ve seen how baggage handlers treat our luggages, it’s unforgivable… I will call the airline if they can do something about it or just simply bring it tumi repair place if it’s repairable or not.

I don't understand why I am not seeing the mailman deliver ing my mail at the mail box or UPS delivery my package at the door or the garbage truck picking up the garbage on the videos. And my home is right by the road but I get to see me when I go get the mail out of the mailbox and taking trash to the garbage out. And see everything else such as people walking by and cars. That's very strange, Please explain why this is happening.

Hi . Thanks for the advice. I have the advice but I still don't receive any alerts. I can't see any recordings in history and events. Where should I find the alerts or shouldn't the show on my phone screen? Do I have to use the Alexa app to find any event recordings? Sometimes I move in front of the camera but I get no alerts or recordings. It's so frustrating. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I live in an apartment. I don't have a ring doorbell but my next door neighbor does. I ordered a package from Amazon. It was taken off my front door within less than 10 minutes. The neighbor when she got home showed me the videos. I saw the Amazon delivery driver at 126pm dropping off the package and taking a pic of it. Then nothing is shown until 145pm. But between 126 to 135 the package was removed from my front door. Why wasn't any recording picked up when the person grabbed the package? If I had a ring doorbell would it have picked more than my neighbor's doorbell? Bc two things happened. Either the footage was deleted or ring doorbell doesn't pick up every event. This neighbor lives side to side with me.
