I've done plenty of concrete pads as a concrete contractor and these guys do not have their stuff together with permits scheduling nothing they also charge $300 a month to store your shed after purchase and don't tell you

Another $2000 to insulate, sheetrock and paint and if you want to wire then another couple hundred, flooring.....so you are still under $13, 000. Just need somewhere to put it.

$14k to buy another $8k-$10k to finish it out and plum it. Wow. Full length joist for the loft that look like 2x6 - even a 2x8 at that length is a fail especially at 24”o/c. There is so much wrong with the framing you may as well tear it down and start over.

Also , what’s up with all the scabs on the rafters? Showcasing the absence of craftsmanship.

That roof “truss” will not hold a max snow load. Not sure where this is? Yes, I have built houses for 20+ years. IMO that roof is a disaster waiting to happen and a huge red flag.

Yes this is a beautiful beautiful shed that can return to home but like you said I'm disabled I'm in a wheelchair and stairs are just not my thing so I think what I would do is get something very similar but without the stairs and would want to add an additional area for a room and a washer and dryer at a storage area where I can put my paintings so technically I would want to probably go out a little bit longer because I don't need upstairs I don't need stairs I'm a wheelchair okay I don't need stairs!!!!!
