Fix iMessage or FaceTime with USB Wireless Adapter | macOS Sonoma | Hackintosh | OpenCore | Desktop
In this video, I demonstrated how I fixed iMessage and FaceTime with external USB adapter on my Hackintosh build.
Am using Cudy WU1400 Wireless USB Adapter and following guide works well with it.
Cudy WU1400 USB Wireless Adapter has Realtek RTL 8812 BU Chipset, official driver doesn't work well with macOS Sonoma in my case. So I have used Chris's Wireless Utility to make it usable. But iMessages and FaceTime was still broken, as its pretty much known issue.
I have followed two guides to fix the iMessage issue, but both of them didn't work for me as they are regarding how we can use it with Apple Supported PCI card options, such as Fenvi T919 or other Broadcom chipset cards.
So I had to do so...

mine I still can't log in on my FaceTime/Imesage even though Im using iPhone tethering, help please!
Thank you so much sir... Your suggestion of bridging networks worked perfectly. However, I must mention that we don't need iPhone or iPad to tether network to hackintosh for login into imessege prior to the network bridge.
Thanks for your feedback, however I logged in using iPhone hotspot doesnt mean anyone have to do it as well, bridging is the main solution and am glad it worked for you too!

@@islam.raisul i have working BT and wifi with help of chris111 wifi adapter tool but airdrop not working, if you get any work around to get airdrop working. please make the video.
Your video needs to show the before/after status of the Network information from System Report. For iMessage/Facetime to work, you need a network adapter at BSD Device Name "en0". Your USB dongle is running as an app, not a system device. When you created the network bridge called "wifi", obviously that caused MacOS to create an entry in your Network for an "en0" network adapter... which allows iMessage/Facetime to work
Hi, you're right, i should have shown it here. But let me clear those things My ethernet port was en0 ticked, and obviously usb adapter doesn't show up in that section right? thats the reason it doesn't work. However, yes when I create a bridge with ethernet, it combines both network and thus iServices work. I think I have mentioned already in video that, those guides are already followed, and those guide already covers why en0 is important. Hope you got it. Side Joke: If it works, Don't touch it xD

One shortcut though (kinda not recommended), visit olarila.com , they have prebuilt efi for generic processor platforms, very nice forum for guides tips and tricks
