Something is wrong with the audio. It doesn't maintain a consistent volume. It get's quieter and quieter then boom, it's loud since the audio is back to full volume and because you had turned up the volume when it kept getting quieter. Otherwise it's a great mini-documentary!

You would never need a visa to enter San Marino. It's in the Schengen area and there is no airport so there's no direct access to San Marino without going through Italy first. The only time you'd need a visa were if you wanted to visit longer than 90 days in a row or if you were trying to live/work there.
