Hey L! Thanks for the kind words! VV actually DID patch redoing the career with all skaters into the game! I recorded the VO before the patch was released, so I unfortunately didn’t get to mention it in the video itself... I tried to use the video description to clarify what the patch added, but maybe I need to annotate the video as well... 🤔

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! I don’t play the mini consoles that I own very often, but I love the replica boxes and I love having a few unusual games in my collection for when the mood strikes.

Definitely. It’s pretty interesting to see Sega put out something that not only has way more games than Nintendo’s offerings, but also, in my opinion (Dan), has a better selection for people specifically interested in retro games, not simply a novel nostalgia trip. Also the controllers having cables that are over 6 feet long is also another win for the Genesis Mini!

And yall saying that there's no blocking option in the game is just ridiculous... this isn't street fighter or mortal Komat where your on one set playing field where you would need a block button. ... if you don't wanna get hit in side scrolling beat em ups such as double dragon ,tmnt , final fight ,just dodge its as simple as that .... SMH... this review is ridiculous.... have yall even played the game?
