I love Quesadillas and Chinese Green Onion Bread or Pancakes. Why not add them all together like a 2 for 1 ! I had my own Microwave Bread recipe during the years adjusted. This time i Created the Bread with Green Onions taste and inside a Quesadillas, it was Creazy Delicious. Since on a Keto Diet, all are Keto Friendly. Keto Quesadillas Tortilla Cheese with Green Onion Chinese Bread Filling. A Quick Lunch Cheese Mexican Quesadilla with a Chinese Hint. 1 Keto Tortilla or a Flour Tortilla 1 Flat 16 cm Foil Dish for Airfryer Dry Ingredients: 1 Cup Cilantro ( Daun Ketumbar Optional ) as Topping. 100 Gram grated Cheese IMC Gouda Cheese 2 Green Onions Scallions cut into small Pieces 2 Hot Thai Peppers ( cabe rawit ) cut Up 1/2 Cup Almond Flour 1 Egg 2 T Egg whites 1 T Oil 3 T Water Mix all untill resolved, Mix in all Spices and set aside. Spices: Salt and Pepper to taste 1/2 T Cumin Powder 1/2 t Kaldu Sapi ( Boullion powder ) 1/2 t Garlic Powder 1 t Baking Powder 1 Pinch Xantan Gum Preheat Airfryer 5 minutes Press the Tortilla inside the dish so you get a "cup" Add all the filling inside the tortilla and push to the sides, like a cake. An ancient recipe took some time to create recipe and ingredients. 3 cups neutral oil 2 T sechuan crushed peppers 4 garlic cloves smashed 1 shallot halved 1 cinamon stick 2 bay leaves 8 star Anise 1 t cloves 3 T smashed fresh ginger 2 pcs black cardamon Put oil in pan add all above and fry to 100 c. Then lower to 60 c and let it infuse 30 min. Set aside. Mix in another pan: 1 1/2 cup dried Chilli flakes 1T salt 1 T sugar 3 T black vinegar 1T red paprika powder Mix set aside. Strain the infused oil from ingredients and heat oil to 175 c, then in the other pan with the chilli flakes add the hot oil in 3 batches 1 by 1 not to burn the chilli. Add 2 T sesami white seeds 2 T sesami oil mix set aside and done. Noot : dont follow the internet recipes not one is correct and sering fools to add hot oil to glas jars or containers it will burst and causing dangerous problems, play it safe use simple plain steel pans. This recipe is not compared to the chilli oil in Chinese restos which is cheap oil flakes salt msg nothing special once you make my recipe you never buy any other hot chilli oil.
