🤓🥁👍🏼
Thank you for posting. Please keep em coming!
Thank you so much I really appreciate. I've been preparing for an audition with one of the top tier local funk groups that have a ton of well-paying gigs in my area. This is the first song on the list of songs they asked me to have in the end of it is the last part that I'm not feeling quite right on it it's because I don't know these syncopated patterns he's doing and I really really appreciate this. You just got a new fan and subscriber
very helpful lesson, thank you!
Well done
Aron’s playing is nuts. It totally turns me on as well -the complexity and the drive and power he’s got… 🔥 Thanks for explaining some of it. Sayonara Love just completely blows my mind!
6 stroke roll mate
GREAT VIDEOS
Great presentation Jim…….will definitely revisit my ratamq🇮🇪
Great lesson. Another good way to expand the chop is flipping the 3 note groups. So instead if RLLKRL I tried KRLRLL. I also built on the chop by turning it into an even 16th note pattern.
Over the years seeing Gino, many people at the show are musicians due to his music and musicians.
Please start making drum lesson videos again! You’re a incredible teacher. The pacing and structure are just right.
Kinda fills that get u outta bed in the morning
Learning this now. So cool
The Gaddamacue!
Outasight,Thanks a Slot.
Всё правильно в апликатуре-играет пальцами-отстой!!!!!)))))
Dude, you make drumming less of a mystery
Hi Jim - my 7 year old just started learning drums. His teacher teaches him with rubber drum pads on the drums because the walls of the institute are not sound proof. Is this the right way? Wonder how can someone learn drums without hearing the sound of the drums! Appreciate your feedback.
Love this groove
Brilliant‼️a must learn, thank you✌️🎄
Excellent playing. Excellent points!
No one can play that like Steve gadd.
Nice. So uncomplicated yet so interesting. I like it.
The Gadd lick is from John Bonham..... Just listen to the end of Stairway to Heaven... He actually got it from jazz drummers, God forbifd actually played a lot of rock fills.
Advanced drummers want to start it on the left because when you move it over to the toms you need that left hand to lead.
LRLK sounds and works better
çok güzel bir video,çok işime yaradı ! teşekkürler
Jim thank you. In other words it starts So just pretending it's in 6-8 we're going to start on the two and we're going to end on the one... Steve would call it displaced.... I was trying to start with the snare part and I was finding that I was initiating on the warn when I needed to be on the two.
Thanksss
Muy bueno el tutorial amigo 👌.. lo voy a practicar.. gracias por compartir ☺️👍 saludos desde Córdoba Argentina

Awesome lesson. Thanks you. I notice that he will double the r on the snare on the drummer world vid. I guess changing things up is pt of what makes him so great
Amazing video
That last variation is sick and I'm looks fun to play. Can you do a video of you just jamming to some random track? I'd love to hear you play.
thank you for sharing, Jim... you explained well. hi! from the Philippines.
Nice one Jim
A great teacher you are, and a nice guy to
Great breakdown, thanks I needed that
I’m the first to leave a comment?! I’m amazed. I’ve been looking for a while for this incredible fill to be explained. So thank you for explaining it so clearly! 🙏👌

I’ve played drums for forty years and have never heard of a "texas shuffle".
