Always center your gas tank in center of car behind drivers seat. I had my tank where you had hour yellow one and someone hit me on pass side and doors touch the tank now.
Bro I'm such a fan of these RC derby cars please make some more videos about the RC cars Cuz I thought I was the only one who made derby cars 1/12
Try aluminum tape
this is awsome

You say radiator really strange. It’s pronounced “radiator” not “radiator”
You spelled it the same both times. We call them rads for short. Resulting in us saying rad-ie-a-tor. Sorry if I offended you by being illiterate. Lol
@@daltenritchey7468 yeah, spelling it the same without emphasis on any specific syllable is the joke :)
Do you have a link to the dirt bike tires ?
It is a 90/100-16 dirt bike tire from amozon.
And the different tire tricks and setups are crazzy
Demo derby guys are some of the most resourceful guys there are in motorsports a rachet strap is like gold to them guys. Why don't you put a cheap racing seat in the cars and bolt it to the cage would take much and it would be safer and your seat won't break and you won't hurt your back and won't have to rely on a ratchet strap
Sorry, I just seen your comments. I had to start a new channel when my phone crashed. Derby guys actually will avoid there seat touching the cage at all cost. Because when a car hits the car in the side of the cage all the recoil goes straight into the seat. The strap still allows for a little bit of flex and movement. Sorry it took so long to reply.
You ever tried to turn around and drive backwards in a race seat? lol
Rear end is way soft to protect the cab. And it rolls in and up. 90's Honda rims. 4x100mm bolt circle. 15x7 or 14x6+ high 38 offset. Good luck. Now you got me wanting to check under that plastic trim. Jeez at the rust.
I have a 2000 buick century basically done, im running it tomorrow if u want i can make a video of how I did the wiring under the hood cause I basically did everything, its a round body so same as yours
That would be helpful. Do you have a channel.
Ok thank you
We’re is the best spot to find them I’m 13 and I have 375
If you mean cars. Keep a eye on Facebook market place and look on local derby sites on Facebook.
I'm running one line that but 4 door and the reasons u take the hood off the hinges is u can put the hood anywhere u want
To him his own way I guess.👍
Did you run end up running the Hyundai tibron and Derby yet? I just might have bought one and was wondering how it did
Had to scrap it.the engien was warped. But I stole all the parts off of it for my elantra. If you derby it go easy on the tranny. The are notoriously delicate in the derby world. But they have serious power in 1 gear.
@@demolitionjourney3639 ok thank you I just bought a 2006 and it has the v6 and runs and drives great and is super solid body. Thanks for the info on The trans
No problem. Let me know how it does. I would like to find another one.
@@demolitionjourney3639 sure will I probably won't run it till next year now there aren't many left around me this year. Guess that gives me more time all winter to work on it
