Hey! My name is Ralph and my channel is about collecting clocks!
Stunning French figural mantel clock of unknown brand (read desc)
This clock was bought with the New Haven for £80! This clock was made in around 1850 (i think) and works perfectly! The bell in the clock is a replacement as the old one sounded like a bike bell lol

I bought this clock in the Cotteswolds region of the UK for £60. I was unsure if it worked when i bought it but soon found out the movement was quite gummed up with old dry oil. After cleaning and polishing the case, this clock was running beautifully. In the video, you will see the movement out of its case with a bonus slow-mo of the movement in action striking the hour! Bought this off of eBay for £25 £15 postage =£40. The clock didn’t have a key, pendulum or suspension spring but luckily i had a spare kicking around in my room. Nice sound and good movements these use weaker mainsprings than most American clocks, and their clicks and ratchet wheels are great

@@CammyTheCamera I’ve tried that.. It seems that the part that lifts up the hammers is not lifting the hammers up very much. I’ll look into it and see what I can do.
