There was a big rally outside our Hilton - Houston Americas, for the upcoming soccer game between Argentina and Peru. There hero was number 10, the majority Messi. Anyway a good start for IPPers.

First day in Houston, staying at the Hilton - Houston Americas, had a great dinner with other puzzlers from around the globe at Phonetician. Came back to the hotel after noticing lots of Argentina supporters wondering the streets, to find what bought them to where we were staying, a rally the day before for their big game against Peru

One of the last acts at this years Blues on Broadbeach, one of the ticketed events, fenced out by 6 feet fences, I am over 6 feet 6 inches, so no trouble seeing over the fence.

More fun watching the pelicans being fed, thanks to my sister Johanna for the recommendation, never knew this existed after all these years visiting th Gold Coast, there have always been pelicans on the GC, used to love going to visit my dad on the beach fishing very early in the mornings around 4 am at Miami near his home, quite ofter there was a pelican keeping him company to catch the scraps...
