The quality and product choices in certain categories have been declining steadily for years at our Costco in California. Olive oil has declined from EVOO to cheap blends in plastic bottles. Meat is much more expensive and as a result we shop at Whole Foods for better quality.

They're going in the right direction they are doing it right they should have done this years ago and it's the only way that we can put a stop in Brampton Ontario Canada there has been billions of people who use other people's cards and the managers that were from Price clubs allowed everything Price club managers came in to Costco and they just ruined everything Craig Jolene on top of that allowed many many people using other people's cards they should have what from the start is saying okay we'll let this go by this one time and have it marked as a flag on your card that you have done it before thank you very much you use other people's cards that's why we have standing at the door God bless Costco God bless America ooooooooops I just believe in the right thing

I work for Costco for 32 years I started in San Jose California and we started from a box I register and always transferring everything that's how you keep a business is when you make sure that people just don't walk out with stuff I've been to buy the book and I always did what I have to do and that's why I had a lot of problems because I went by the book

The reason why we have these new entrant showing the card thing scan is because of Craig jelinek and because of him it became more of a problem never liked them never cared for him he's always been the price club against Costco

I do not like their rotating products to different locations. I am an older lady and it is difficult to hunt for what I want. It is a big store and having to do extra walking is difficult.

For me the chicken is a little undercooked. I like to put it in the oven when I get home 375 for 40 minutes

I have "shopped" there several times with friends and have never found the prices or merchandise very appealing. I did enjoy all the samples, of course. The few things I added to my friend's cart were items available at stores closer to my house at the same or slightly lower prices. I do understand their business, of course, and have owned their stock for decades; but, no Costco card for me.

Definite yes. Buy it weekly. Best deal in town for delicious chicken. Cheaper than raw chicken Sams Club rot chicken is great also. Don't listen to all of the ignorant haters.

Shopping online sometimes costs MORE. A delivery charge is added, and if you use the Sameday service for food or small item delivery, there is a steep markup in price (17% ?)+, although no delivery fee is added.

Quality went down, fresh veggies sometimes not fresh, fish lnot fresh. staff no longer that friendly and helpful. Noticed these in the kirkland Costco

I love shopping Costco they sell quality merchandisers, I am there every couple of weeks is two blocks down my house basically buy everything from Costco , include my groceries an clothes good stuffs👍✨🙌🤙

The 2% cash back is in-store use only. I couldn’t use it for online, hate that since we don’t have a car.

I personally dont like it It seems to be poor in its overall taste and flavoring However, they changed the [packaging from the previous tray to now using a sealed bag with a handle, which makes carrying it much better

I don’t like the changes when for many items they not the best price and having to buy in bulk. Hassle to show ID is another one. The credit card with ID on it should be good enough. Next time this happens will walk out.

Don’t go to Mc Donald’s anymore for icecream They are over priced anyway. Go to the Arctic Circle, their cones are much better with big varieties & they are priced reasonably. If you don’t have Arctic Circles (I live in Utah) go to your local fast foods that serve ice cream. They are probably just as good or better anyway.

Card and ID not required to vote, why require at Costco

Costco does a lot of things right which is why i frequent them. I've had a few bad experiences over the last 40 years, but they can be counted on one hand. There are a few recent minor changes that I wish never happened. They are: overemphasis on marketing in the Costco app; overuse of speed bumps in the parking lots and gas stations; rotisserie chicken is now in a plastic bag instead of a plastic shell and drink lids in the food court are now flimsy. I also wish they'd bring back the combination pizza. Oh, and if they stop requiring me to touch the screen for digital pay at checkout I could have a contactless transaction. I've put suggestions in their comments box from time to time.... nothing ever comes of it.
