Being called into the principals office can be daunting for so many. Listening to the conversation was so inspiring. I love hearing these positive experiences. They really challenge the stereotype of the dreaded principal's office visit and sometimes that what is considered an intimidating visit turns out to be a moment of recognition or a chance for a meaningful conversation. It's great that we can look back and see these moments in a different light. Thanks Global School Leaders for sharing this.

This is why public schools are killing themselves off. We are a family of school employees - but we are parents first. The will not end well for schools.

Self-congratulations run amok? Gender equitable schools? How about schools that teach facts, data, actual science, actual math, actual history??? Come on!
