Our Mission. Dharma Field Meditation and Learning Center is a community dedicated to the practice of Zen and the teachings of Buddhism in a setting not bound to any one culture. We welcome everyone.

Here you will find a selection of talks on Zen practice and meditation instruction given at Dharma Field Zen Center (founded by Steve Hagen). These selections focus in on the practice of mindfulness and awareness, presented in a practical and down-to-earth manner. They cover the Buddha's teaching on how to see directly into the nature of experience-being awake, alert, in touch with what is actually happening. Feel free to subscribe to our RUclips page.
