I have the same specs. Frame generation makes the game blurry and ugly, instead try this setting- set Texture and shadow quality to low and rest all high and under display settings turn on dynamic resolution scale to 30. DISABLE FSR3 and frame gen. That's it the game looks super good and offers Constant 30 FPS with no drops gives you the PS4 experience.

ayy nice the games pretty optimized i play on all high settings with dlaa and fsr frame gen and i get like 40 to 60 fps.tho its realy good gameplay wise as theres input lag but the game is pretty and runs better than the actual fps lmao.
