zzzzzzz
boring info..
DC was the only voice of authority on this Pod and heās got this way off. Lewis tried to take Bono and wasnāt allowed. The fact Will state the obvious Buxton is on here basically means this is now a totally irrelevant outlet
Pacing because you have 350kw at a press of bottom is nothing to be impressed, because the others had already depleted their batteries, FIA screwed the sport.
Yep, Ferrari messed up again.
You should be commenting on a driver almost being killed by Colapinto. 100% because of these hideous batteries. Only for Colapinto's outstanding driving skills , he would have driven right over that stalled car at the start line . And this will happen again. It's only a matter of time before these batteries will cause a death .
Ferrari are the laughing stock in F1. They employ a 40 year old plus driver whose best years are behind him all the while Lewis does not care at being at Ferrari.
Beautiful hair Naomi
The 120 overtakes you are talking about was mainly attributed to the battery power or lack thereof and not driver skills! I think this stupid idea by the FIA to bring hybrid power into F1 is a mistake, if you want to watch power management then you should watch Formula E.
If Aston Martin ādid a good jobā then Cadillac are basically championship contenders.
He did it š We love it
Defending this racing is embarrassing, you guys know this isn't racing, it's battery swapping, so disappointing.
Are Will Buxtons curtains sponsored by HSBC? š
Charles was ahead, why he didnt pit beats anyone. He wouldve come out ahead on same tire.
Why is Mark Hughes talking about F1?
Human vibration technologies ,)
Jeez, Will, you can do better than these 2 "commentators" (more like influencers)
Will made a fantastic comment. Mclaren and Honda didn't have a good partnership and Mclaren slagged off Honda so much that when Honda got competitive, they said, "thanks for the testing, now we've cracked it we are off". And the rest is history so they say. Watch out Aston. I don't like the Strolls, real arrogance in both of them and IMHO Adrian made a very poor mistake chosing them. If he wanted a challenge, go to Williams or another mid runner. It won't be many races before Aston are lapped, well when they can run a full race distance that is.
Why arenāt the customer teams experiencing the same performance, from the power units , as the Works teams?
A full minute before the podcast starts. Just begin! Jesus.
Interesting for āspectatorsā maybe, but not for actual F1 fans.
F1 pundit and he doesn't even know the contract
Iām new to F1. I watched F1 the movie when it came out last summer & IMMEDIATELY went home & binged watch the entire Drive to Survive series & began following the races mid season. Excited for the ā26 season!!
Over 60km/hr of difference on the straights. It should be called āformula one battery charging championshipā
There's a lot of overtakes in Mario Kart too.
Max was catching lando then fell behind why? Because his fucking battery died.... fuck this battery shit
"No Australian driver has ever won the Australian Grand Prix" perhaps I'm mistaken but didn't Alan Jones win it in 1980?
Ferrari move was nothing more than self glorification. He moved for the pageantry of being in red. Thatās it.
They should have just sent a trans man into heās dressing room and he would have felt right at home.
Wow the level of insight is astronomical
Great podcast. Loose Jolie next time. She is noise. Completely cut Will off when he mentioned compression ratio. Naomi and Will are awesome.
Naomi please shut up.
š
Spectator here: nope, definitely not more interesting. These passes looked so artificial. You could see them pressing the mushroom button
Completely agree about AM, it was a disaster and then to throw Honda under the bus absolutely terrible, at worst you tell the media the package as a whole not good enough and we have issues we have to resolve, to say the chassis is in the top 5 is quite hubris. Not a good look
@25:10 Will makes an excellent and valid point 100% - I can't believe myself I am saying that -, about Aston Martin being the utter failure of the 2026 regs. They don't have any excuse whatsoever, none. Audi and Cadillac (especially) have some excuse; Aston Martin has none.
Ferrari definitely need a more aggressive strategist, who dares wins but I think we should give them a break this race
I have to disagree the race delivered. The only action really was the start which was due to unreliability and the fact they arent used to the cars. As soon as they started to get used to the cars in the second half of the race, nothing really happened. If thats how its going to be once they are fully used to these cars and this rule set, its going to be some frustrating racing. Most of the overtakes werent racers overtakes anyway where its drivers ability it was boosted overtakes, just like DRS which a lot of people didnt like either. It also doesnt help that F1 is adding more and more street tracks that offer very poor, if any racing because they are too narrow and have no run off. I know its all about making money but if the racing is dull, sacrificing real tracks wont help and people will lose interest. Its very telling when terrible tracks like Miami get contracts extended while Spa, a legendary staple on the calendar is dropping to every other year.
Who remembers the Alpha Romeo fan car ? Or the Tyrell 6 wheel car ?
