The work ethic is gone... people my age, some have terrible drive, people in their early 20s, some of useless, i work with a bunch of younger people that eat out EVERYDAY because they don't know how to cook... maybe its where they come from, people coming from the country side i find are harder workers. i keep saying, these kids are going to run the countries in the future and we are fucked!!!

I've often wondered if I'm the only person who notices how people look these days. It's really indicative of where society is at this time. I'm a mid-range age Boomer and grew up in a time when more people than not actually CARED about their appearance. Sure, there'd be the occasional one who clearly didn't make an effort and LOL, when I was very young, you'd sometimes see a lady in the grocery store with curlers in her hair BUT she'd be wearing a dress and nice shoes, not pajamas and fuzzy slippers! Women used to take the time to apply make-up, fix their hair, wear pretty & feminine clothes with nice accessories, and men would be well-groomed in pressed pants & shirts, even if they were just running an errand or two, but especially if they were going out to dine in a restaurant ... now, so many women don't make any of that effort, they look more manly than feminine, men are often unkempt looking with wrinkled old t-shirts and scruffy jeans, and with so many there's just a general sloppiness in their demeanor. In the old days people took PRIDE in how they looked AND how others perceived them, I sure as heck did, even when I was very young and yes, I still do even at my age today. No, you don't have to wear designer duds, you don't have to be an expert at make-up application or look like a movie star, but you can be clean and not look like you just rolled out of bed, stepped into your slippers, and headed to Wally World. As for the skills issue, you're so right about that, too. There are young people who could not make correct change without the cash register showing what they owe the customer ... I remember ordering a burger from Sonic and told the girl I'd like "double mayo" ... there was silence and she said "what do you mean?" 🙄 and I had to explain that I wanted extra mayo. So many people of all ages today do the BARE MINIMUM at their job, whether it's food service, retail, or government offices (which is really bad because most of them make good money). And I do not like this culture of people who are physically able to shop in-store choosing to order online and have employees doing the shopping and bring it out to their car or have it delivered via Lyft or other service, because frankly, I resent the fact that I have to zig & zag around those big, bulky carts in places like Walmart where employees are shopping for multiple customers at one time and they take up a lot of space. My two cents worths. Btw, I like these kinds of videos where you discuss everyday kinds of things that probably do irk a whole lot more of us than we realize. But I also like your vids on UFO/UAP topics. Have a great evening and stay safe. Wear i live, kids and adults have ben wearing pajamas in public for 10 yrs now. I don't like leaving the house in pajamas, unless it's an emergency.

You're seeing people giving up. This happened during the pandemic as well. I worked with one woman who admitted she stopped showering completely because she gave up hope. You are going to see a lot of this in 2025.

I would recommend to anyone btw the benefits of teaching yourself survival skills. I have in recent years taught myself how to start a fire (I know at least 8 ways :), how to bake my own bread, how to filter my water at home, how to even open food cans without tools. It really increases your confidence that you would cope in an emergency. It is very self empowering.

Oh my goodness, don't get me started on the pyjamas thing. I saw TWO young women walking down the street wearing pyjamas recently (bright pink with teddies on the front for one woman). I lived in Liverpool England for a while some years ago and the women there constantly did this. I just can't get my head round this as a woman myself. It is mind-boggling, and I couldn't help that worry about the woman with teddy PJs was also making herself look so vulnerable too.

We moved and had to put things in storage. You get rid of so much while packing and even more when you unpack because you feel lighter without all the stuff. Stay strong it’s not easy but well worth it. I hope it goes smoothly.

We all need to declutter physically as long as spiritually. It's just trying to nail down my family in order to do that lol. I need to do renovations myself but running out of dough since I had to complete the bigger stuff first. Plus I added solar to the house which does help out a lot with power bills. But not during the winter lol. Those panels get covered and you get nada on solar. I do have a battery backup on the house with solar in case the power goes completely out. No, it's something to be proud of. In this modern world we all need question everything. The so called pandemic awakened many people, but I'm afraid most will only ever believe what they are told on the main stream news channels. Here in the UK people are basically being locked up for wrong think, and most of the public do no seem to care. Dark times indeed.

I live in North Wales U.K. About a week ago my husband and I were walking our dog near the sea. My husband and I noticed a thick fog bank rolling in from the sea towards land. It reminded me of the film “The Fog”.
